Tuya server IP blocked

hi to all developers
we have issue for connect to tuya server from our country IRAQ,
some of ISP in iraq blocked tuya servers by mistake, and only can be use by VPN.
i asked ISP support for unblock tuya server but they asked for IP.
so i need this server ip (https://openapi.tuyaeu.com/ and https://openapi.tuyacn.com/ )
to report ISP to UNBLOCK.
