As requested in this thread, I added the line "custom_components.tuya_v2: debug" to the config.yaml file but, even after several days, there are no significant traces of the device in the Home Assistant log files.
The information I have available, taken from the Tuya Developer portal is:
Device Information
Product Name: Star Projector
Device ID: bf1a9e45bfd6210f22zlfm
Product Category: xktyd
The device is added to Home Assistant via the Tuya integration but it is "unsupported":
I asked Tuya's service support for info, from which they replied:
'Query the device ID: bf1a9e45bfd6210f22zlfm's category is a starry sky projector lamp. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Currently, Home Assistant does not support this category of products.'
