Set new calendar event time according to the area clicked on the tile

Clicking on a empty tile at the Calendar (Day and Week view) could open the create event modal with the time set accordingly to the area where the user clicked on the tile.

E.g:

• User clicks at the beginning of 10 a.m tile, sets time to 10:00 - 10:30
• User clicks on the bottom or after the half hour mark, sets time to 10:30 - 11:00
