Screen readers reads options on folder dropdown for moving an email twice #7125

Describe the bug
When moving an email through the action bar at top section, a screen reader reads the name of the target folder twice.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Turn on screen reader
  2. Open an email
  3. Click on or tab to the folder icon on the top right of the screen and press enter to open the options.
  4. Check if the screen reader repeats the option

Expected behavior
Reader should read the focused option only once

Additional context
Tested on Chromium and Firefox
Related to #7031

OS: Debian 12
Screen Reader: Orca 43.1

It's probably related to the translation folderDepth_label, which is used in the label and already has the folders name at the beginner of the string, which gives the impression that the reader repeats the name of the folder.

I remember testing this and only some readers do that. You should mention which screen reader/OS you used
