Catch and Replace

[NOT TO BE IMPLEMENTED BEFORE THE RUN]

Allow the player to throw and catch Pokemon even with a full party. They will get Pokedex credit for it. Then ask if they'd like to replace a party member with the Pokemon or release it back into the wild. The replaced party member will be released a la the option at the PC.
