Release in Party Menu

If and when we release this ROM after the run, the lack of PC will make clearing your party for other pokemon impossible save for killing the poor thing. The release option should be available from the party menu.

Once confirmed and HM checked, this will black out the screen, refresh the party menu, and the pokemon will be gone a la actually releasing a Pokemon.
