Subscription queries

Hey @gedw99! I don't know if the HTTP functionality should be part of Limbo, but certainly the plumbing needed to make that happen sound like something we'd want to support.

It’s a game changing going feature for real time and workflow systems. I use it for projects at the moment.

Corrosion is rust and imports a crate with SQLite that’s itself is a crdt implementation with a rust wrapper.
