ERROR - NO DATA shows even when weather disabled

Error appears if user has location services disable on their device. If navigator.geolocation.getCurrentPosition returns an error the error message is sent to the watch without trying to fetch weather using manual location.

This could have occurred when the watch is displaying the "No connection" error, then tries to fetch weather and receives "No data", overwriting the contents of the text fields. However, BT status and weather use completely different text layers.

User mentioned they have location services off, this could perhaps be fixed with the changes made to
