The 2-handled slider would be great for all kinds of ranges. For the new input type="date_range" it would be so much more convenient than picking from a calendar. Surprisingl;y when I went looking for examples, they are now scarce. (This is a live example but wid.world is hardly a prominent site.) The scarcity may be due to sites being increasingly mobile-first, but I don't think that applies to us?
slider type="date_range"
But also great for any kind of numeric range.
slider type="numeric"
