I have tested with surfelGI and DDGI enabled and a Terrain on the editor and if I move rapidly the camera, sometimes the FPS drop down and I must disable surfel to boost fps.
I know two GI solution is not logical but in Orion I use DDGI and SurfelGI because with these two combined GI that avoid leaks in edges.
I have similar problem with the original FPS sample too.
So there is probably a bug that produce this pic.
