This leads to the problem that ovpsim can currently not be used for validation of outputs.

The bug was reported here and should be fixed in the next version of OVPSim.

Opening this issues just for documenting this behavior.

Fixed in latest OVPSim releases. See riscv-ovpsim/imperas-riscv-tests#19
