Feature Request: Option to Disable Contact Synchronization and Reduce Data Usage

First of all, thank you for developing Whatsmeow; it’s been incredibly useful for my projects.

I have a couple of questions and feature requests:
1. Disable Contact Synchronization:
• Is there a way to disable contact synchronization in Whatsmeow?
• If not, would it be possible to add an option to prevent the client from syncing contacts upon connection?
• In some use cases, syncing all contacts is unnecessary and can consume additional data and resources.
2. Data Usage Optimization:
• Are there any settings or best practices within Whatsmeow to minimize data usage?
• Any recommendations on how to configure the client to be more data-efficient would be greatly appreciated.

Implementing these features would be beneficial for applications where bandwidth is limited or when only minimal functionality is required.
