This PR builds on #574 by adding the missing UI required to set the user's pronouns.
This works by making the rendered pronouns field actually an when the user is viewing their own profile, and follows the exact same semantics as timezone (but with less validation). The pronoun input box also always appears on the user's own profile, allowing them to set pronouns initially, even if they have not yet set any before.
The view rendered for other users remains the same.
