Sorry for not seeing this sooner. @trenkert This project is definitely NOT dead.

Tryolabs never end their job, so we never can use LibreQDA. Then it becomes obsolete and costs of migrating to an updated version of django were very high. That's all.

Actually the official repo is this: https://github.com/libreqda/libreQDA

Thanks @lupa18
It is usable... kind of. It's a bit difficult to build and a few of libraries that were used with Python 2.7 are no longer supported. However, I have used this for my graduate research and I know of 2 others who have also used this for research, but I had to really walk them through how to set everything up.
I have started a migration to Python 3 and Django 2.1, but it's still in the works:
https://github.com/libreqda/libreQDA/network
I hope to get back to this in November, but my PhD research is really cutting into the time I need to finish the migration.
If you would like to cut your teeth on some Django programming, let me know. If you would also like to use this software, I can also get online and walk you through the setup process.
