422 Validation Failed Error - error creating issue? #141

Since this afternoon, I have been getthing this error when trying to use the action to approve my pipelines

error creating issue: POST https://api.github.com/repos/xxxx/xxxxx/issues: 422 Validation Failed [{Resource:Issue Field:assignees Code:invalid Message:}]

Has anyone else been getting the same issue?

Happened completely randomly and not sure if its something on my side or not. It's happening on all pipelines that use this action in the organisation.

I faced this issue as well today. It turned out an deactivated user in approver list causing the issue.
Here is some more details on Validation Failed issues that other faced before..
