Getting cURL error 3 #293

During my API request, I am getting Exception 'GuzzleHttp\Exception\RequestException' with message 'cURL error 3: (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) for ?Type=METADATA-SYSTEM&ID=0&Format=STANDARD-XML' which is for CURLE_URL_MALFORMAT : The URL was not properly formatted.

The same login URL was working before but now stopped working with this error. Is this API credentials issue or something else? Please help.
