Received feedback that having state access laws would be very helpful, especially for out-of-state anglers.
Exampe: Montana has "keep your feet wet and stay in the high-water mark" -- easily the most fishing friendly laws.
Minnesota has "Keep your feet wet in navigable streams" which is kind of a middle ground for what that means.
Colorado has "the owner owns the stream bed, buddy. you're trespassing if you so much as drop anchor."
Listing these (somehow??) would be very helpful.
