Map View: No error is displayed when trying to load map offline #13

Issue Description:

When a user loads the details view, goes offline, and clicks "Map"

Recommended result(s):

An error message is displayed when the user attempts to load the map offline.

Environment:

OS X 10.9.5 - Chrome CS

Prereq(s):

None

Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to http://troutspotr2-offline.herokuapp.com/mn/driftless
Disconnect internet.
Click "Map".
Observe map loads forever and no error is displayed.
