2.6 Tech Table to have its own tab

On the Players tab, remove the current Tech Table
Add a new tab called Tech

If possible remove the left and right text padding as indicated below for all the tabs.

Hopefully the common tabs and the Tech tab will be displayed all on one line and not wrap on to two lines.

On the Players tab when there are a few Players and a Tech table, there is a lot of white space between the two tables, this space is wasted.

Below is lots of players/factions (truncated) and lots of techs (truncated)

It would be best if the Tech butted under the player/faction table and had just one scroll bar to scroll from the top of the Player table to the bottom of the tech table?

Maybe the Technology tab should just be his own tab instead of being part of the Player tab?

That used to be where Notes was. I like Cernel's idea. Put the Tech tab there.

(But a tech tab should be absent in all games with no tech.)

only if Tech is used.

or just put Notes back :) Even games with tech a lot of players don't use it. Tech can go live under help lol

I mean why was it moved if it's not being used for anything ?
