Windows has a feature that allows scaling of text and images and is usually set at 100%, for TripleA this is fine, when Scaling is say 125%
Images with text in them, like 1941 Global Command Decision & Shogun Advanced, like
Notification panels held as png
territoryEffects png
Game Notes held as a png
are scaled at 125%+ and this ruins their readability
Current Laptops and some Desktop will use scaling. A 16-17" laptop with a 1920x1080 or 2-4K screen will typically use scaling of 125%, or more it would be really good if TripleA had a switch to ignore this setting and just use the default 100%
