I just noticed that if you have a filter applied to the Running Queries grid, when you hit refresh, the filter is automatically cleared. Looking around, it seems this happens on most other tabs as well.
In fact, the only grid I could find where this does not happen, is when viewing the Running Queries snapshot data and you click "Get Latest", in this case, the grid is refreshed with the latest Running Queries snapshot, but the filters persist.
I think it would be nice if this was the behavior for all grids that support filters and have a refresh button.

Note: Looks like reports are another place where grid filters persist refreshes. So if I apply a grid filter to a report, and then refresh that report, the filters are not cleared, which is very nice to have.
It can be useful to have the filters persist after a refresh. Going forward, most new stuff is likely to be implemented as a custom report and will inherit many of the same features and capabilities. Some old stuff might get converted also or might be updated to allow them to persist filters following a refresh.
