The implementation of create_hello() in ruby/trema/hello.c is still in the old state. #2

I found a problem.

In "ruby/trema/hello.c" of line 30, the argument of create_hello() is incorrect compared to the definition of "src/lib/openflow_message.c".

That is still in the old one of Trema.

Is this still active? If so, please point out the problematic section of the code or send me a PR.
