[Bug]: UI upload object dropzone active while uploading

What happened?

What actually happened, including error codes if applies.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Upload file(s) using the lakeFS UI. Consider large size as we like to have enough time to click the UI.
2. Click the Upload button
3. Click the Drag 'n' drop files or folders here (or click to select) area or drop more files while upload in progress.

Expected behavior

The Drag 'n' drop files or folders here (or click to select) control should be disable while upload in progress.
