Translate PDF documents in standalone tab

Let's implement PDF documents translation. We will not handle a PDF documents automatically, because it's insecure, instead we should add button, that will open a new tab to drop PDF for translate.

Maybe in next iterations we will add an option to handle any PDF urls and render translated document instead, but this option must be disabled by default and may be enabled only manually in options.
