CSS for contentscript is not loaded sometimes

I don't know exact details to reproduce a problem, but sometimes i have problem with styles.
I just select text on page, then click a button to translate text, and i see unstyled container.
It looks a CSS styles just has not been loaded.

We should at least handle error events for style loading and reload styles N times before give up and write clear error in log.
