Create landing page, to present Linguist with one link

Some TODOs:

short description with mention key features
add a screenshots (a slider with pause by hover)
links to browser stores and github. Add link to docs and blog too
overview for every key feature
mention about independence, shares and donations
support section with a email for support and maybe discord invite for a community help. Also mention GH issues as efficient way to report bug.

Technical details:

add analytics
SEO headers
build and publish for any change in related directories. Disable publish gh-pages for publish a new releases of Linguist
