Support TVDb ID and TMDb ID lookup for Shouts.

In v2 API you can only send IMDb ID, Trakt ID or Slug. We will now need to do a lookup by TVDb ID first and get the Trakt ID to do the request.

This will primarily be used from external plugins like MP-TVSeries, MovingPictures and My Films.
