Setup new instance with an already existing static IP or domain in Lightsail

I want to setup up a new instance of algo VPN in Lightsail, but I already have a public IP and/or domain I want to use.

Describe the solution you'd like

An option to choose between already existing unattached static IP addresses in my Lightsail account.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Create a new server, attach the new IP and replace all occurences of the old IP with the new IP in all configs.
