"When I right-click on a specific candles, I want to capture its timestamp and call my custom API. How can I do that?"

Unfortunately there is no way to get that info yet, since there might be a lot of price scales and different studies plotted at the same time.

You might be able to use crossHairMoved depending on your end goal.
