which option in collectd enable perSecond in grafana?

Hi,
I import "collectd_server_metrics_dashboard.json" to grafana and i cant see some of the metrics.
The problem is "perSecond" function in grafana
which option in collectd.conf enable it?

@nivazri perSecond is a function of Graphite 0.9.13 and above (http://graphite.readthedocs.io/en/latest/functions.html). You will need to upgrade Graphite in order to use it.
