Support action types in backing bean field mapping

Some backing bean field types like collections should support more than the set action.

Collections could support "ADD", "REMOVE", "SET"

Additionally some ImplicitActions should be should be supported like "CLEAR/REMOVE ALL"

SET and ADD are now supported for parameter and implicit value mapping.

Parent traversal mappings are still hardcoded to ADD for Collections and SET in all other cases.

Arrays could be handled the same way as Collections - have still to consider to do so.
