Incorrect values w/ timezone: Austin, TX - DST

Timezone issue 2 is not shown on clock. Daylight saving time (DST) not support.

Open your browser console, type tsLuxon.Settings.defaultZone.name and tell me what zone are you in, so that I can run proper tests?

This is what I see for example...you should see something like America/New_York (of course not New York, that's what I need 😁)

Ok I was finally able to reproduce this in a virtual machine with timezone UTC -8

The problem is that hours are produced from the same DTO at 00:00 and there's the hour shift at 2.

We have the same in Italy, for example we'll have this problem as well tomorrow.
