Disk full bug error?

i probably have the 8.21 portable version and now keep getting some random "disk full" error when the downloaded file's overall size is larger than the "free space" on the disk - aka when the file is 16gb overall size, it does not download the file anymore, even if there is 15,9gb of free space and there is only 200MB left to download from that overall 16gb size - aka there should only be 300MB free space on the disk to finish the previously paused download etc.... but it still says that i need 16gb, not 300mb to finish it...

PS: these are only random numbers, but the point/bug remains the same
