Time in hovered timeline with 1+ hour file and higher speed

After updating to adea23d, when playing a 1+ hour duration file at a higher speed (seems to trigger at x1.85), the time in the pop-up when hovering timeline is kind of misleading due to the removal of leading zeros:

• With 3375a5e (commit before): after reaching one hour, hours goes from 00 to 01, which makes sense:

• With adea23d: now the hours aren't showing up so when reaching 1 hour, the minutes go back to zero, which feels weird in my opinion:

I'm using time_precision=3 in uosc.conf but this also occurs without it:

Is this expected? Not sure if this is a bug so I'm using Discussions.
