Maximum mpv quality settings in Windows 11 for movies/series and anime

Right now I have this configuration:

If anyone knows if there is anything here that can improve the video (my pc is powerful), I want to make all settings to max to emphasize quality/performance and please the eye.

Also when vo=gpu-next I have fbo-format=rgba32f missing, and when vo=gpu it is there. Is there a big difference in this format?

Also, if anyone understands, I would like to hdr content re-lighted on sdr monitor, but keeping brightness, colors as in hdr without distortion and blurring of the picture, color.

Preferably the settings are good in quality, both for movies/series and anime.
