I can't see a way to enable to locks to the control room. I'd rather not have to go all the way to the other side of the park to reset the breakers.

I'll get Lex right on that; she can hack anything from FSN, she just needs to find the right file.

But Lex didn't hack anything; she was able to close the doors by "finding the right file", just because Ray had already reseted the breakers.
So I'm sorry, but Ray has to loose an arm to make Lex able of activating the locks using FSN; its just part of the procedure!
