​Make it possible to select and copy in readonly mode

Description

Now, when you give someone a document to read in read-only mode, there is no way to select and copy part of the document - it is also in read-only mode.

I'd like to be able to have the option to be able to choose either full read mode or read with selection.

Use case

This would be useful if a reader finds typos or inaccuracies to get their thoughts across in dialog mode somewhere via chat.
