[Feature request] - Add only tags if movie/tv show are already present

Hello, would it be possible to make it so that if the movie or TV series is already present, then instead of the "Already present" button there is an "Add Tag(s)" button
This would add only the tags specified in the configuration file to the movie, this would be useful if a user wanted to execute scripts based on the Tags

What are your thoughts on this?
