Info required to add APL/2 charset

I have a need to do the same for APL/2 (ebcdic) where did you find "SHARP APL for UNIX Language Guide, Chapter 3 -- Table 3.1. APL Character Set"? So I could use this as a reference to build the ebcdic tables?
