Adding new commands to website

Hi - I've noticed that not all commands are listed on the page https://moosh-online.com/commands/.

Is there a mechanism to programatically add commands to this page from the Moosh/Command/ files?

If not, do we just need to add them to www/commands/index.md file, or also to www/_site/commands/index.html?
