I just connected the Dell U2723QE monitor to the thunderbolt port and it is charging but there is no picture. The computer detects the monitor, I can change the resolution but the screen is black. The System Report shows that Thunderbolt is not available on my system. Video via HDMI through a USB hub works but only at 4K 30Hz (but it looks like it's a limitation of the USB hub). Is it possible to get full support for Thunderbolt (charging, Ethernet, video, sound etc) with one cable?
Expected behavior
Picture should be visible and user can interact with what's on the screen
Screenshots
Thunderbolt: No hardware found
Desktop (please complete the following information):
OS: Ventura 13.3
Browser safari
