Current link in QA takes us to https://documentation.its.umich.edu/node/1830
It should take us to https://documentation.its.umich.edu/office-hours-host
Both links have the exact same content but the second link is clearly more descriptive. This link is currently hardcoded into the frontend; it would probably be better as a stored variable in the backend or as something in a flatpage, but either way it should probably be more configurable.

The hardcoded URL is located on src/assets/src/components/manage.tsx line 74
