Tracking and Tls smtp connection

Hello Dave,
I would like to know how to contact you to know if you are available for a custom oneshot paid configuration of a postal instance on a dedicated server already up with docker.
Postal is configured and working properly with tiredofit/postal:3.0.2 (no way to have 3.0.3 working...).
But I have two missing features:

• I am unable to connect with smtp / STARTTLS on 25 (clear sending is working)
• tracking seems to be configured but is not working
