功能描述

clash可以通过响应标头读取订阅信息并显示（如流量、到期日期），但Surfboard不支持，需要将订阅信息写入到配置文件才能通过panel功能显示，希望subconverter可以将订阅信息自动写入到Surfboard的配置文件中。
