OpenAI API Key connection requires Terms & Conditions...unable to find API key setting to "enter it" - CodeGPT v3.5.175

besides being able to select "Code GPT: Api Key -- Select your  AI provider:" setting, there is no where to enter my API key. I suspect I have to create a CodeGPT account - which, according to the Term and Conditions, they'll then have access to my API key... LMAO. Is this legit?
