was anyone successful in hitting the scores endpoints?

I cam across the https://tesla-api.timdorr.com/miscellaneous/endpoints file which contains references to scores apis. I know the beta users won't be able to see the score in the app (Im running my car on beta) but I heard it is still possible to watch score via apis. So was anyone successful in hitting the apis? Whenever I hit https://owner-api.teslamotors.com/bff/v2/mobile-app/insurance/eligible-for-telematics?vehicle_id= I get { "response": null, "error": "not_found", "error_description": "" } If anyone was successful hitting it can you please post the curl if possible. Another thing I have heard is this api would only work if you have Tesla insurance on you car (I don't have one), if that is the case anyone confirming the same is really appreciated!
