Fields with subfields not detected #13

The following fields have subfields but they are not parsed:

867-868 and 877-878 cannot be parsed because they are documented in https://www.loc.gov/marc/holdings/hd866868.html and https://www.loc.gov/marc/holdings/hd876878.html respectively, so these must be coded as exceptions.
