I'm working on a project where EFEnumToLookup is heavily used. To fix some performance issues we need to create a view that includes some enums. However, when applying migrations the following error arises. As I understand the library tries to generate a foreign key. Is there a way to skip the step? Are views supported at all?

Running Seed method.

I hadn't considered views when I created this, and I'm not sure what should be done. Suggestions welcome.

I've figured out the quick fix and tried it on a project I'm working on. But I want to add some tests before submitting a pull request.
