I'm currently using the default timezone for loading location of interest timestamps. This works for anyone running with system timezone = 'Pacific/Auckland', which I expect will be most users, but will give incorrect for other users (for instance those using system timezone = 'UTC'.

TODO: explicitly specify timezone when reading location of interest data
