IMNGS: A resource of processed 16S rRNA microbial profiles for ecology and diversity studies for iMGMC 16S rRNA gene sequences

Description

1323 reconstructed full-lengths 16S sequences were processed via the IMNGS analysis pipeline for its prevalence and abundance in 168,573 SRA samples (November 2017). More information about the output fromat you can find on https://www.imngs.org/.
